Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nest platform, operated by Nest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Nest is a client delivery platform for freelancers and creative professionals. It enables users to create private workspaces ("client boards") to share files, tasks, updates, and communications with their clients.
Account Registration
To use Nest, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free Plan Limitations
The Free plan includes a limited number of projects and storage capacity as specified on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with reasonable advance notice to existing users.
Subscription & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Prices are displayed in euros and are exclusive of applicable VAT. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Storage Limits
Each plan includes a storage allocation as described on our pricing page. When you approach your storage limit, uploading new files may be restricted. We will notify you before your limit is reached.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through your account. You must not use Nest to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape or abuse the service
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform
Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and code comprising the Nest platform are the property of Nest or its licensors. You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the platform.
Data Ownership
You own the data and files you store on Nest. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
